7.Your clients start date and end date of the subscription is subjected to change by the admin if the client is found to be deprived of the full utilization of the tipster's tips with respect to value of the money he has paid for the tipster he has subscribed to.
8.You agree to bear all the cost and the service charges that you or administrator might incur during the money transactions between you and the administrator/site owner.
9.Your account may be suspended if you do not maintain your top rank or if you are inactive for a considerable period of time decided by the administrator.
10.The site is a product of RankMyTip.com and you agree to follow all the rules changeable at any point of time and the site would run only for the period wherein the services are well manageable after which the services can be stopped or changed according to the administrator's convenience.
11.The details you have entered about yourself are all true and accurate and the mobile number mentioned is your personal.
12.You might receive various advertisement or promotional messages through this site both in the form of mail/sms, inconvenience is regretted.
13.The terms and conditions are subjected to change at any point of time; you might not be notified by it and would be by default regarded as you agree even with the new terms and conditions.
14.The tipsters tips buy/sell prices might not be accurate due to time bound issues and technical problems and due to various other issues like stock split, bonus, capital reduction, merger, demerger, illiquidity, etc...

16.The tipster might not post any tip during the subscription period hence, to promote full value for client's money, administrator might ensure the client to get at least one tip by manually extending his subscription end date.

18.If you are found to be following any tipster's recommendations and pretending it to be your personal tips, your account would be suspended without any warning.
